who's bashing?

i agree that the focus being on * and acknowledging the massive propaganda campaign is a good thing, however, the very fact that the MSM is pushing it so hard simply makes me wonder- maybe there is a reason they are giving him so much attention, and maybe it's not necessarily whistleblowing so much as it's part of some gameplan.

edit to add: so an answer to your question is yes, perhaps i think it has the potential to be damaging to us in some way. kind of like mccain "criticizing" bush's "handling" of the "war" and how "awful" it is- is that supposed to make me think he can be trusted? b/c he's willing to criticize bush, even though i know he's not sincere and has an agenda and every intention of keeping us there and expanding conflicts elsewhere?

how exhausting that i'm expected to just automatically cheer and buy into it and accept that he necessarily has good intentions, or if i don't, that's "telling" about me or i'm "bashing" and maybe i should keep it to myself.

i just don't get that logic- that questioning one's motives is "bashing."

it's the same with a certain group of "supporters" here saying that criticizing a certain person for things she has said or done without regards to the "spin" is bashing, or freepers elsewhere in the past who say the same with regards to criticism of bush.

maybe i need a fucking break from politics and get back into yoga. i thought this was a goddamned discussion board, but if i'm not on board with the general analysis, i'm "bashing." :eyes:
