12. I think Richard Gephardt is the forgotten man. Sadly, the base of the party forgets
the way he fought for it for so long. He was the only candidate in the 04 campaign who had a truly universal health care plan. And in 94 the health care debate culminated in the Mitchel plan in the Senate and the Gephardt plan in the House. I thought the Gephardt plan had the best ideas of all the ones that were debated that year.
