3. Wonder why Chatty Cheney is being so chatty?

To repeatedly admit to your crimes, over and over again, all over the networks? You either feel untouchable or...well, you're hoping to keep eyes trained on you for a reason. So what is it?

Maybe it is to lay future blame in the even of another attack - but how sick is it that an admitted war criminal is even given the credibility to do so?

It's like being stuck in a really bad movie.
