2. The big question is why can't those 20 be tried in a real court?
Is it because any real court would immediately throw out all the evidence that came from torturing them?

Is it because any real court would immediately grant them adequate access to their defense attorneys?

Is it because any real court would be listening to defense attorney complaints that everything they do is spied upon and under the eyes and ears of the prosecution, denying them the ability to form a defense?

There have been so many known and documented problems with the way tribunal cases were going that it no wonder that the worst cases CAN'T be prosecuted in a real court. But it's really disheartening to see a Democratic president going along with this and rigging the rule of law. :(

When all the information finally comes out it isn't going to be pretty.
