1. There is one big difference.....

it REMAINS maddening for many of us, but when I saw this my first thought was:

The big difference is that the one administration actually perpetuated the crime, the second is having to deal with it.

Granted, that "dealing" with it may seem to be covering for others' crimes, and that becomes a close second in culpability.

But bottom line, when the Bush Admin kept it under wraps, it was to keep THEIR crimes under wraps. That is a distinguishing difference.
