Tell her when she's looking for a job to not make the same mistake I did. DO NOT bring up experience when you're making your phone calls unless they specifically ask!! I think if that HR woman had thought to ask me on the phone, I'd still be looking for a job. Tell your niece that getting the interview is the most important thing, so tell her to keep the lack of experience to herself until she's face to face with HR. It's not as easy to turn you away when you're standing right in front of them, as it is to just brush you off over the phone. If they meet her and talk to her, she's got a much better shot at getting hired with no experience!
