They have a couple of answers for that.

1. It is irrelevant - Obama is not an NBC because they believe it requires two citizen parents, based on a translation of a Swiss work on international law which conflicts with relevant US case law.

2. Based on a misreading of a 1982 Hawaiian statute, they believe the Dunhams reported an alleged home birth to the Health Department, so naturally when the newspapers listed the births from that week's Health Depatment records, Obama's so-called "birth" was included in the list.

Once someone is fixated on bullshit, they will be endlessly creative about it.
