and I honestly don't think that is going to happen.

As for the anti Democratic tsunami, perhaps it might be better to remember that the antics on the far right are also turning off Republican voters.

The energized "base" is the teabagger base. Pay close attention to their turnout at their events and you might realize just how energized they really are.

Rahm Emanuel is one of Obama's biggest mistakes, a rabid anti liberal who controls access to the President. I think he might be looking for a new job before he's pushed out. It's obvious that his strategy of appeasing Republicans has been a dismal failure and Obama is smart enough to know it.

I'm not making any predictions for this fall. It's too soon to tell and it really could go either way. However, it's unlikely to be a "tsunami" for either side.
