but the ideological blinders you sport, render you blind. First of all, Kennedy is a swing vote on several issues- including Roe and what's more he's 73. So is Scalia. Odds are that one will retire/die in the next 6 years. If Obama is in office, he'll nominate their replacements, and yes, whoever he names will be very different than whoever Palin/Romney/Huckabee names. Furthermore, Ginsberg is also getting up there.

It's just absurd that you don't see what's right in front of your (blindered) eyes.
