I dont understand (wait, I really do, but for the sake of argument...) how many of us can agree that "dark forces" carried out some sinister events in our nation's history, but to suggest that similar or the same dark forces carried out others will instantly get one labeled a "wack job wing nut"?

JKF assassination..... definitely something fishy went on
MLK assassination..... maybe something fishy happened
Anthrax Attacks....... seems to have been something fishy

then

9/11 BOOM. THREAD LOCKED OR SENT AWAY. Poster is obviously insane!

or

maybe we didnt land on the Moon...BOOM! Poster is obviously insane!

We can grasp that dark forces within or outside of OUR government has done some evil things, but to possibly accept that they did others would crash our fragile little perceptions and open us up to questioning everything we thought we knew or held to be true.
