In "Indian" country he is considered one of the last of the "great white Indian hunters".

He was primarily the main power behind the successful legal effort to forever terminate the existence of three tribes (Eastern Pequot, Schaghticoke and Paugusetts). THAT is genocide in its most fundamental definition.

I have worked with members of all these tribes and can tell you he is an asshole when it comes to Native rights. Basically he is Lieberman. Pretens to be liberal and is pretty good on some issues (he has been great on some imho) BUT he is the corporate centrist dem candidate.

Unfortunately for all of us he will win instead of some real progressive.

But not to worry, dems, he will win (and will continue genocide against Native people globally)
