If a person can not get to a person trying to do good, they go after the people around that person. It was even in the robin hood trailer.

The concept is free will lets some people use what they have to go after systems that are partially in their area. And in that they go after those that can be around those trying to do better.

Then they blame the better things, what I ask is,

What has the better things done to hurt anyone?

What have the systems that blame better things done to many people?

It works like this, lets say someone says something good, and someone else thinks it is a good idea and supports it. Bad will attack the supporter then blame it on being near the original good.

It is a very old concept of control, and is a method of trying to stifle good by coercion then PR. You can see it in many news stories.

"All who shelter him shall be taken alive on sight."

It is a very old concept.
