peer review is essential to verify this guy's findings.

What he's suggesting isn't really a perpetual motion device, but a device that somehow taps into the Earth's preexisting magnetic field to generate electricity. Tesla was working on some similar experiments during the later half of his career, but no one really knows if he had any results worth noting.

What was that group of folks that the inventor was demonstrating for? Are they actual engineers or scientists, or just some random dudes who are easily impressed? Have his results been published? Have any known scientists analysed his work? Those are the real questions this brings up. Until they are answered, this is just a youtube video of an unknown guy.
