I had the same frustration with Biden's plan for Iraq. I actually have this one page bookmarked where it has a section called 'what it is and what it is not'. I kept hearing over and over again the same argument about it, and I kept saying 'you need to read this' and post the link. Finally one day, one of the people that I kept arguing with posted a thread called 'Biden's plan for Iraq just might work.' I almost fell off my chair.
You have found a great website that helps us understand what is going on in Iraq. Don't give up.
