An incompetent nincompoop at that....
But at least he/she will be White,
and that counts for at least 20 percent additional approval points
all on its own.
Allow Bin Laden to turn an entire country upside down in one day = a 45 percent bump for Prez who let it happen.
Catch and Kill Bin Laden after 10 years, and untold waste of treasures and lives = 3 points for Prez who makes it happen.
See the difference?
