But should it improve significantly prior to the '12 elections, again, it would of been due to Bush's "tax-cuts" and a Rethug-majority House. The start of the recession in 12/07 was entirely the fault of a Dem-majority Congress, whenever the subject is brought up, despite the fact that Bush and the Rethugs filibustered and vetoed virtually every piece of legislation that was introduced.
Most, if not all the credit goes to Rethugs, but never the blame..hypocrite sociopathic scumbags, the lot of 'em.
