I think that's the meta-framing they play off of. So, for them, greed is natural, and fighting it is "unnatural", i.e. regulation is perverse. It's the way they get the wishy-washy to agree that corporations need to be freed from any constraints.

Framing them as "unnatural" should be easy, frankly. I wish more people would try it. "The unnatural Republican obsession with money". "The unnatural fascination of Republicans with power." "Republicans, despite all common sense, see themselves as heroes when they ruthlessly suppress their natural sympathy for other human beings.

You know, stuff like that. :-)
