In that ideas that are better should be supported, and that includes as many Leaders as possible supporting those better ideas as they can think and feel on the ideas, and express to people by explaining why they are better.

Some need to kick a monkey off there back, and some been fighting the good fight for years. Most do a little of both.

Personally, how would that effect that I am due beer and travel money, but maybe it would make the world a little more just and compassionate, if better ideas and concepts are supported, who ever has those ideas. As long as they are thought on, and felt on, by people that are motivated by better results for most people.
