19. That's exactly what I've been thinking. The funding could be internet driven, maybe by EFF,

or some similar organization. I know I'd give a couple of hundred dollars, that I don't have to spare, to help put a satellite or two into outer space that would allow unfettered access to the internet world wide. At least until the Russians, Americans, or Chinese shot it down, it would be free access around the corporate assholes.
