48. Since President Obama didn't repeal the Bush tax cuts

Aren't they his now? I mean how long are they going to be Bush's Tax cuts?

When President Obama is re-elected to a second term and he still doesn't repeal these tax cuts, then will we stop calling them "Bush" tax cuts?

Or because he started them they will be forever known as the Bush tax cuts?
