Here in my state of FL she could have been arrested and charged, and here it is legal for a person to defend themselves if someone takes a gun out and brandishes. Touching the laser on their person is a specific threat--you have been targeted. It's no laughing matter, if that woman was my senator I would be sending her a scathing letter and giving her office an earful. She's an idiot with a death wish, obviously. Now all the bad guys who may do her harm know how dumb she is and that she is an easy target.
