11. I hibernate in South Florida ALL YEAR

since moving from NY. I cannot take sunshine (Summer SAD) and heat (rashes), even in Florida winters. Fortunately, I am off for the summer, set my AC at 74 degrees, and soak in cold baths of Dead Sea Salts. Helps with my physical condition, but not my psychological health, especially in the Fall and Winter. Cannot wait to move.

Stay inside with AC as much as you can. Wear sunscreen or UV protective clothing, and HYDRATE as much as possible if you can't.
