10. The more I read Clinton's Territorial Tax isn't any better
and now Norquist is promoting it as a means to further reduce Corporate Taxes.

I'm beginning to see a lot of logic in the EU approach of VAT, which Bill Clinton was promoting before he left office. A hybrid Territorial Corp Vat Tax designed at levels consistent with the current effective tax rate of 25% and closes the loopholes that promote outsourcing American Jobs
