for permanent wealth redistribution in order to avoid default.

If the conditions attached to Boehner's bill was to convert this country from a constitutional republic into a theocracy, the Senate would not vote for it to prevent economic chaos.

IMO, once the Senate votes against Boehner's bill, the ball is back in the court of the House. If the House wants a bill to pass in the Senate, then the Senate should be consulted as far as what it would accept.
