"Your mujahedeen (Islamic fighters) brothers captured on the strategic Baghdad-Ramadi road three men in civilian clothes who worked for the American marines at Al-Asad airbase," it said Wednesday.
The three Iraqis, photographed and identified by their papers as Abram Suleman, Kahtan Nijras Attiya and Ali Adnan Kadhem, had all "confessed" to being collaborators and were shot dead, it said.
