What happened to looted Iraqi nuclear material?
http://story.news.yahoo.com/news?tmpl=story&cid=679&e=1&u=/usatoday/11886764

By Brett Wagner

The release Thursday of chief U.S. weapons inspector David Kay's report detailing America's six-month search for weapons of mass destruction in Iraq (news - web sites) has reinflamed the debate over whether anyone will ever uncover that country's alleged stockpiles of biological, chemical and nuclear weapons.

A great irony, however, seems to have gotten lost in that debate: As a direct result of President Bush (news - web sites)'s decision to invade Iraq without sufficient forces to secure and protect its nuclear research and storage facilities from rampant looting, enough radioactive material to build scores of dirty bombs now is missing and may be on its way to the international black market.

It didn't have to turn out this way. In the weeks before the invasion, the U.S. military repeatedly warned the White House that its war plans did not include sufficient ground forces, air and naval operations and logistical support to guarantee a successful mission. Those warnings were discounted even mocked by administration officials who professed to know more about war fighting than the war fighters themselves.

Undermanned

But the war fighters were right. Military commanders weren't given enough manpower and logistical support to secure all of the known nuclear sites, let alone all of the suspected ones.

1. I've been calling for impeachment since I first read about this atrocity
Incompetence or malice, I don't care. It is unthinkable and unforgivable that Bush protected the oil fields before the nuclear sites.

3. disrupting a major intellegence operation tracking nuclear wmds and
material, in a political maneuver, probably doesn't help matters much either.

I think we need to push this with the press. It's all tied together.

Bush LIES about Iraqi nukes. Wilson calls him on it so they go after his wife.

Bush LIES about Iraqi nukes. But when US forces get into Iraq and have a chance to secure Iraq's nuclear site, they don't even bother.

Why? Because they never gave a damn about Iraqi nukes. That was just a ruse to trick us into supporting a war. Which is why they go after Wilson's family rather than refuting his claims.

7. Everyone needs to read this
This is a dead giveaway that BushCO NEVER gave a damn about Iraqi nukes. It was all just a snowjob. Had they really believed their own lies, they would have secured Tuwaitha.
