Arizona Court Upholds Gay Marriage Ban
http://www.365gay.com/newscontent/100803azMarriage.htm

An Arizona appeals court has ruled that the state's ban on same-sex marriage is constitutional.

In a unanimous ruling by a three-judge panel the court ruled that the fundamental right to marry "does not encompass the right to marry a same-sex partner."

The court was hearing a case, brought by Donald Standhardt, 34, and Tod Alan Keltner, 37, a Phoenix gay couple.

1. I hope Massachusetts doesn't use this as a precedent
I think both courts were waiting to see which one would rule first and base their decisions off those.
