SENATE WATCH-10/20/2003 (#1-1:30 PM) [Class Action Lawsuits]

The House convenes at 1:30 PM.

Following a period of morning business not to extend past 2:00 PM, the Senate will resume consideration of the motion to proceed to S. 1751, the Class Action Lawsuits bill.

At 5:15 PM, the Senate will VOTE on the nomination of Margaret Catharine Rodgers, of Florida to be a District Judge for the Northern District of Florida.
