The House convenes at 10:00 AM.

The House will consider:

Motion to go to Conference on H.R. 2989, the FY 2004 Transportation/Treasury Appropriations bill
H. J. Res. 75, the Third Continuing Resolution (1 hour of debate, no amendments in order)
Conference Report on H.R. 2691, the FY 2004 Interior Appropriations bill (1 hour of debate)

There will then be ROLLED VOTES on the following suspensions:

H. Con. Res. 291
H. Res. 409

The following measures will be considered under suspension of the rules:

H.R. 1720
H.R. 1516
H.R. 3365
H. Res. 414
H. Res. 415
H. Con. Res. 302

The House will also consider the following motions:

Obey Motion to Instruct on H.R. 2660, the FY 2004 Labor/HHS/Education Appropriations bill
Eddie Bernice Johnson Motion to Instruct on H.R. 6, the Energy bill
Davis (FL) Motion to Instruct on H.R. 1, the Medicare bill
