Al-Qaeda prepare for strike against Americans

An email written by a purported al-Qaeda leader has warned the terrorist network is preparing to stage devastating attacks against Americans during the Islamic fasting month of Ramadan, according to an Arab magazine published yesterday.

The al-Qaeda operative, who identified himself as Abu Mohammed al-Ablaj, wrote in an e-mail to the London-based Al-Majalla magazine that Osama bin Laden "has issued new orders to his followers about waging a guerrilla war against Arab and Islamic countries ... in which the United States has military or commercial presence."

The e-mail said American "civilian and military" interests have become legitimate targets for Muslims all over the world and it did not rule out that the "upcoming painful strike" will be against US forces in Iraq.

Because you know it won't be his fault! While I think this administration is STUPID enough to try and blame Clinton, my first choice is the CIA to further discredit them. They have a history of that.
