TOLEDO, Ohio (AP) � Authorities who want to make sure violence doesn't erupt again during a neo-Nazi demonstration this weekend say they aren't leaving anything to chance � not even snowballs.

Anyone coming to the rally Saturday must pass through metal detectors. Streets will be blocked off. And 6-inches of snow will be scooped up so protesters can't throw it at members of the National Socialist Movement.

"I don't want to see an ounce of snow," Mayor Jack Ford said.

The neo-Nazi group's neighborhood march that never went off in October set off a four-hour riot that ended with businesses burned and looted, and bricks thrown at police and an ambulance driver...
