Hillary Clinton Condems the Latest Remarks by President of Iran
"Once again, the President of Iran has made outrageous comments attacking Israel that are beyond the pale of international discourse. The United States should join with the international community in expressing outrage and condemn these remarks in the strongest possible terms."

1. That guy is a certifiable asshole
That should not be denied. I do hope, however, that his remarks are not used by the neo-cons as "evidence" that Iran should be war number three.

2. He's not completely stupid
The remarks are offensive but they serve a purpose. The more anti-Iranian sentiment he can stir up among Western leaders the more his own position (which is apparently quite weak) is bolstered. Iran has had its history of colonial occupation and foreign (british, Russian and US) meddling in its internal affairs. People there are not insensitive to attacks on their president from outside no matter what they might think of him personally. I wouldn't be surprised if he's intentionally provoking these criticisms.

3. Hey Hillary
When are you going to stand up to * with that same kind of talk. When are you going to actually denounce the outrageous actions that are beyond the pale of international discourse called the war on terror in Iraq? War mongering congress critter!!! I must give you credit for at least calling out a person several thousand miles away on their statements.

6. You nailed it, james in ca. . .
thanks for posting my exact sentiments.

What a joke these Presidential wannabes are, so predictably self-promoting, aren't they?

9. The Brooklyn Haredi will open their wallots to Hillary's campaign coffers
Meanwhile, another American family buries their loved one killed in a senseless war in Iraq. They won't get any flowers or sympathy cards from Hillary!

11. Both she and Kerry raced to speak out on this burning issue!
Still nothing meaningful to say regarding ending the war, though.

But, oh, that can wait.

8. Our war in Iraq is also "beyond the pale of international discourse"
I am soooo pleased that Hillary was able to set aside her considerable efforts to protect the flag from burning and in banning "offensive" video games, to comment on what the President of Iran had to say about moving Israel to Europe.

Meanwhile, Hillary continues to ignore the following:

U.S. Deaths Confirmed By The DoD: 2135
Reported U.S. Deaths Pending DoD Confirmation: 7
Total 2142

Latest Coalition Fatality: Dec 10, 2005

13. I see her as the moral equivalent of Bush.
Her job is to be relevant to our concerns, but she is a better handmaiden to Bushism: pro-war, pro-corporation, pro-outsourcing, anti-speech.

12. Now if she'd spend as much time condemning Pres of the USA
...we'd be getting somewhere.
