Candidate proposes chopping block for 'porn-pimps'
SOUTH BEND -- Republican 2nd District congressional candidate Tony Zirkle has proposed a four-stage approach to stopping sex- related crimes such as child pornography, rape, sexual slavery and human trafficking.

Stage 4 contemplates the reintroduction of the guillotine and lynch mob into the criminal justice process, although Zirkle said in an interview that he is taking that position "to stimulate debate."

...snip...

"If I am elected to Congress, I will introduce a declaration of war against human traffickers, porn-pimps and child rapists," Zirkle said in a campaign release. "We must put fear back into the criminals who are preying on our children."

The first stage of the battle, as proposed by Zirkle, calls for suspension of the constitutional protections of property rights for "porn-pimps."

2. One really needn't point out that this guy is a Republican.
Draconian punishment and suspension of Constitutional rights says it well enough.

Second district in Indiana, currently terra-ized by Chris "count" Cohocola, another fundy whack-job, but not as bat-shit as THIS guy!

Only In Indiana...

I was unaware that the "Lynch Mob" was a LEGAL functionary?

Oh, this goomer is TOTAL batshit!

"The great battles and wars ahead will revolve around both scarce energy and philosophy/theology. We can limit our exposure to the first risk by technological development; however, we can not have peace by ignoring the role of religion in politics while some in the Islamic "east" are deceived into believing that "martyr" murdering innocent civilians gives them a "do-not-pass-go-and-do-not-collect-$200" ticket to paradise where they will commit infinite adultery at a rate far greater than the American entertainment and athlete "celebrity" nobility. Conversely, shall we in the American West allow the First Amendment to be perverted into a systematic blood-letting suicide pact by giving a pass to the apostate Jewish porn-prostitution business and the Christian harlot "actors" who are transforming our children into a mass of self-abusing veuyers with a STD rate of 50% by the age of 25 on our route to the #1 contender for repeating, on the literal level of interpretation, what the apocalyptic "Babylon" did in "ma all nations drink the wine of the wrath of her fornication" ("porn" in Greek). Rev. 14:8. KJV.

At my 10th reunion at Georgetown last summer, I asked former CIA Director George Tenet if he thought that the militant Islamists might be able to accomplish by their high birth rates and our high STD rates what they could not militarily in 14 centuries. He stated, "could be." One of my Lebanese friends indicated to me that Christians once held the majority there; however, "we breed faster" turned the population tide in the Islamic favor. "

What's a "Veuyer"? And how dop you get STD from "self abusing" yourself?

"I am an original intent, strict constructionist when it comes to constitutional hermeneutics. I do not support judges amending the constitution by fiat outside the constitutionally proscribed process. Therefore, I would say that abortion falls under what is know as "police powers" (health, education, welfare, and morality) and that the states have exclusive jurisdiction over abortion, at least whenever the activity does not substantially affect interstate commerce."

Annapolis cranked out a LOON like THIS????

10. "Reintroduction of...the lynch mob."
I get it. Legally sanctioned mobs, rather than the unregulated kind.

What a maroon.

18. Bring them back into the "process".
That's the part I love best.

When were lynch mobs part of the "criminal justice process?

They were actually the "injustice process" I believe.

11. I'm sort of amused by his wording
"I'm taking the position to stimulate debate..." Sounds to me like he's trying to finese this to protect himself.
There are a few distrurbing things about what this guy says:

He could probably get a lot of traction by framing the issue this way. Before you laugh and say I'm crazy. Let's not forget that AJ Potter Stewart warned in 1968, that we might start executing juveniles again. Now you have legislators and members of the public saying it's okay to execute 12 year olds.

His concern for the victims of these crimes is understandable (if he really cares at all). But, as with the sex crimes registry, these things have a way of spiraling. A few months ago a DUer had a post that Tennessee wanted to start a meth registry similar to way the sexual offenders registry works.

Sadly, it doesn't take much to get people to jump on these idiotic bandwagons. To not allow these lunatics to frame these issues. When challenged, these lunatics have a habit of saying, "Oh. So you're sympathetic to child molesters?"
