Pa. candidate complains about inability to advertise
PHILADELPHIA - A billboard company has opted not to run a political ad that a Democratic challenger to Rep. Jim Gerlach wanted to run, her campaign said.

The ad read "U.S. Rep. Jim Gerlach, you are part of the problem in Washington. Return Tom DeLay's money," said Mark Nevins, a campaign spokesman for attorney Lois Murphy.

DeLay is the former House majority leader who is under indictment in Texas.

Nevins said that George Kauker, general manager of Clear Channel Outdoor, the billboard arm of Clear Channel Communications Inc., told the campaign it was rejected.

3. This is happening more and more. Media outlets have now decided to
censor out political opinions they don't like. The media outlets in Germany during WWII went along with Hitler too.

5. Nothing is illegal in Imperial Amerika if it protects THE PARTY
Imperial Amerika is a Nation of Men, not Laws.

It does not run on a Constitution but the will of The Leader and THE PARTY.

End of story.

that makes similar political choices. make those fuckers PAY for their choice, boycott any business that advertises on their billboards for one thing. waste their time with calls to their offices inquiring about potential ads. Buy them out? challenge the placement of their billboards in local government. Whatever, but we MUST show them that making a partisan choice like they did, has a COST. Sue them too for unlawful restraint of trade, or whatever, we need a team of hundreds of well funded operators who will do everything possible to make these peoples lives miserable. Let THEM see what it's like.

7. Clear Channel wants fascism.
They just proved it. I suspect CC will use the 'right to refuse business' and act like the Repukers don't own and run CC.
