Biden says Iraq in "low-grade" civil war

CAPITOL HILL The top Democrat on the Senate Foreign Relations Committee says the situation in Iraq looks "increasingly dismal."

Delaware Senator Joseph Biden blames what he calls "the dangerous incompetence" of the Bush administration.

As the war in Iraq begins its fourth year, Biden says that country is in a "low-grade civil war."

He says that may deteriorate into a full-blown civil war when the rival militias fully engage each other in violence.

Iraq is far closer to a full-bore civil war.

7. Hmm, let's see. He voted for the war, now complains that
Iraq is in a "low grade civil war" and doesn't take any responsibility for his earlier vote? I don't think I'll be voting for him for Prez in 2008 or any other year. (Same goes for Hillary, Edwards, Kerry, et. al.)

Biden is as bellicose as Paul Wolfowitz.

If Biden is so worried about Iraq turning into another Lebanon, perhaps he should ask his buddy Bush to put Saddam back in power.
