In 2004, Ohio conservatives rallied around a state gay marriage ban and helped deliver a narrow victory for Bush in the decisive state. This year, gay rights activists were motivated to promote Democratic Rep. Sherrod Brown against Sen. Mike DeWine when DeWine co-sponsored the federal amendment and helped it get to the Senate floor...

5. Well, actually it did NOT work last time
Ohio voted for Kerry but the election was stolen.
