Both perpetrators and victim (one 13 year-old girl) are Israeli

From Ha'aretz:
Sixteen soldiers and two civilians have thus far admitted to involvement in a statutory rape affair on an Israel Air Force base, IAF chief Major General Eliezer Shkedi said on Tuesday in a Knesset Foreign Affairs and Defense Committee discussion on the matter.

Shkedi said that 153 soldiers have been questioned on the affair, and 70 of them have received warnings.

According to Shkedi, those with knowledge of the affair say sexual acts involving the minor, who they said claimed to be older than her actual age, were committed with her consent.

Previous story from Ha'aretz:
Some 60 soldiers were interrogated on suspicion of having sex with the 13-year-old girl, whose father worked on the base, or of knowing what was happening. Eleven have admitted to having sex with her, but the military police believe the number is closer to 50.

:puke:

Far be it from me to mock soldiers committing criminal behavior in an conservative government's army, but...

Q: How many IAF soldiers does it take to screw in a lightbulb?
