Rarely if ever does punishment get meted out up the chain. The guys at the bottom always take the fall. If these guys did what it is they are alleged to have done, then some punishment must befall them. HOWEVER, in meting out that punishment, we must keep in mind that we train them to be killers and depending on their predispositions, each will act differently under stress and horrific circumstances. In war, there are no winners. But I would caution (like this will fall on death "ears") that 90 plus percent of the blame lies with the Bushco regime.
