China Warns U.S. May Set Off Arms Race

Tuesday, June 5, 2007; 5:58 AM

BEIJING -- China joined Russia on Tuesday in criticizing a U.S. plan to
build a missile defense system in Europe, saying the system could set off
an arms race.

The White House plans to install a radar system in the Czech Republic and
interceptor missiles in Poland _ two Eastern European countries that were
in the Soviet orbit during the Cold War era.

Chinese Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Jiang Yu said the plan had "aroused
great concern and attention."

"China believes that the impact of a missile defense system on strategic
defense and stability is not conducive to mutual trust of major nations
and regional security," she said. "It may also give rise to a proliferation
problem."

5. From the US point of view China's in the middle of a large long-term buildup
Just isn't anywhere near enough to put a dent in the US' military supremacy anytime soon though.

3. Totally inexcusable, if there is anyone left that says bush isn't the
worst ever...maybe this will convince them. And in their fantasy land, as he undoes the work with russia that the GOP's St. Ronnie is credited for.

6. As laid out in the PNAC document that the media conveniently
seem to forget about in regards to U.S. imperialism in the 21st century. http://www.newamericancentury.org/lettersstatements.htm Our own so called "democratic frontrunners" also seem to never acknowledge the PNAC manifesto even though my 13 year old nephew is up on it. It's a sad state of affairs we are in. The escalation of all thigs bad for us will continue as the U.S. follows this imperialist agenda imposing our will worldwide while stealing resources. Emporers and Pirates. http://www.youtube.com/p.swf?video_id=UQBWGo7pef8&eurl=http%

8. were installing....
....a missile defense system in Eastern Europe, to intercept Iranian long-range missles that don't exist....ok, I can see that....

....maybe Valdamir should ask Fidel (now that he's feeling better) if he could install a missile defense system in Cuba to intercept long-range Mexican missiles....

10. The problem for the rest of the world -
right now, they all realize they're dealing with a maniac (maniacs in Washington).

So the problem is, how do they handle a maniac?
Answer: Very gently. Humour him. Smile. Shake his hand, tell him whatever he wants to hear.

Behind his back, plot your revenge.

Pay absolutely no attention to words. Only pay attention to actions, since that's the only thing of consequence.
