That is, that stem cell therapy would hurt the pharmaceutical industry's bottom line because people will need less drugs?

LIFE!!!

(a.k.a. Iraqi Children, Mothers, Fathers, etc.)!!!

I just LOVE the "right to life" perspective of the right-wing. Embryos destined for the dumpster CANNOT be used for potential life-saving research. It isn't ethical. :sarcasm:

HOWEVER, making Iraq the second most unstable country in the world (nice work, Dubya), with 50+ Iraqis reported dead on a GOOD day is perfectly fine.

And conversations about using Noookleer weapons on Iran--that's okay with Jesus, too. :grr:
