ABC News' Washington Bureau Evacuated Due To Suspicious Package

WASHINGTON -- District of Columbia authorities said a building housing the Washington bureau of ABC News has been evacuated because of a suspicious envelope.

D.C. Fire and EMS spokesman Alan Etter said a small envelope was found with a white powdery substance.

About 60 to 80 people have been evacuated from the downtown Washington building.


Etter said the building has been evacuated as a precaution, and no one has reported any medical symptoms.

13. Boy rove must really be upset I bet we have had terror alert terror alert
suspicious packages all over the country. They should be ashamed of themselves. Maybe someone might believe them and have a heart attack. THIS TERROR ALERT SUSPICIOUS PACKAGE HAS TO STOP. Email bush and tell him to shut rove up.
