AFPYANGON (AFP) - More than 100 Buddhist monks on Thursday marched in the rain in Yangon under tight security in the third straight day of protests against Myanmar's military junta.
The monks arrived at the Shwedagon Pagoda after marching past the headquarters of the opposition National League for Democracy, eyewitnesses said, and were allowed to enter the temple for the first time in three days.
