Texas Man Pleads Guilty To Smuggling Turtle Skins
Source: Denverchannel.com (Channel 7 ABC Denver)

DENVER -- A McAllen, Texas, man pleaded guilty to smuggling exotic animal skins in a case involving a bootmaker to world leaders like President George W. Bush.

3. So his boots are made from endangered species,
and in Mexico no less. I guess good cowboy boots really aren't worth paying any of the three hundred million citizens of his own country to make them.
