Rodriguez Named Winner in Tight District 28 Race (Texas Dem Primary)

The race for the Democratic Nomination for U.S. House Representative District 28 appears to be over.

The Associated Press is reporting Ciro Rodriguez has received the nomination over Henry Cuellar.

The race was tight. Rodriguez and Cuellar were separated by just a few hundred votes.
