Georgia ready to solve problems with Adzharia by dialogue
It is hard to find stuff on this. This story is sort of
a marker. Georgia seems to be backing off a bit and being more
conciliatory. Adzharia still seems to be showing a lot of
attitude. Very short.

TBILISI, March 15 (Itar-Tass) - Georgia?s leadership is ready to
take steps towards solving all problems with Adzharia by peaceful
means, Georgian Prime Minister Zurab Zhvania said.

1. a longer version
the 'peaceful' means appear to entail economic sanctions, blockading the port, and more heavy rhetoric.

2. Thanks, that was helpful, a little.
Amazingly clueless looking, isn't he?

It seems they still approach these things like it
was a corporate takeover. No actual clue as to the
origins and uses of power. You put your man in as
CEO, and then everybody has to obey. Reminds me a
bit of the Jackal we installed in Port-au-Prince, who
is threatening to hold his breath until he turns blue
because Aristide got out of his cage.

I hope for his sake he get's out of this alive.

3. I think the first large scale military operation by Russia
outside its borders since the end of the USSR will take place in Georgia.

An "incident" will occur like the downing of a russian airliner or something
like that and the next minute the separatist regions of Georgia will
be under russian control and georgian army and air force bases will
be erased of the map. What happens next could evolve into a World
War...
