It's official: Cuomo is running for governor

Attorney General Andrew Cuomo has made it official with an announcement on his Web site that he is running for governor of New York.

Cuomo will kick off his quest to be the state’s chief executive at 2:30 outside the Tweed Courthouse in Manhattan.

1. Hope Rick Lazio's happy. He was griping about having to wait for Cuomo to announce.

2. He said he wants to take his country back
so he wants to go back to the screwed up eight years of bush's stolen reign. A war started with an innocent country for the ego of Bush. Highest energy prices in the history of this country, Millions and millions of jobs sent overseas and the companies do so got tax breaks from the bush government to do so. Big business allowed to run rampant with no regulations, example the WVA mine disaster and the Gulf disaster. Tainted food, tainted meat, wall street and big banks screwing people out of their money and loads and loads of retirement funds going broke. And this clown wants THAT BACK.

Any body that buys that statement is sure as hell not an American they are a tea bag or one of the radical republicans.

That is potentially the worst place on earth to announce you're running for higher office--at least for anyone who knows anything about New York politics.
