Gunmen armed with grenades have attacked two mosques in the eastern Pakistani city of Lahore and have reportedly taken hostages.
There was no immediate information on casualties.

Gunmen opened fire shortly after Friday prayers at two Ahmadi mosques in two residential neighbourhoods in Pakistan's cultural capital.

They then threw what were believed to be grenades.

Pakistani TV reports said there were 1,500 to 2,000 at one of the mosques and those people had been taken hostage.

1. Uncool.
I don't care what faith you are, but attacking worship sites is just plain wrong.

2. Update: Calling it "at least 30" killed.

Hostages, explosive vests, two locations.

Edited because it's unclear. Ahmadiyya have it rough in Sunni-dominant countries, but it's going to be interesting to watch Western media try to explain terrorists bombing mosques.
