British potholers set to fly home
Thirteen British cavers held in Mexico are due to fly home shortly, British Ambassador to Mexico Denise Holt said.
Mexican officials say they are not going to charge the cavers, who sparked a diplomatic row.
...
The ambassador was unable to provide details about the manner of their departure.

If immigration officials found the team have violated the terms of entry of their tourist visas, it could mean that they are being expelled from Mexico.
...
All the cavers were immediately arrested on suspicion of violating their tourist visas by carrying out a mapping exercise.

And to quell some of the speculation on DU earlier, this quote:
But the daily quotes the head of the Mexican Union of Speleologists, Juan Antonio Montano Hirose, as rejecting the accusations, saying the group "is internationally renowned and has regularly collaborated with Mexican researchers".

"The caves were formed hundreds of millions of years ago. They are made of calcium carbonate, so there is no uranium," Mr Montano Hirose says.
