Saudi intelligence involved in 9/11 attack?

WMAQ, the NBC affiliate in Chicago, just reported as "breaking news" in its 10:00 newscast that the classified section of the 9/11 report indicated links between Saudi banks and charities and the highjackers. It ended the report by saying that Saudi intelligence was also involved. No sources for this were cited, but it did catch my eye. Did anyone else see this? What does the intelligence angle do to this story?

This is news to the american people what a fucking travesty. Everyone in the world including people on DU knew that the Saudi royal family hadf their hands in 9/11. Too bad we don't have a real president that would take steps to punish the Saudi's because he doesn't want to upset his daddy's buisness partners.
