Torture Report May Have Broken Classification Rules
Torture Report May Have Broken Classification Rules

Abu Ghraib and the Failure of Strategic Influence
Congress Performed Classification Policy Review (Or Not)

TORTURE REPORT MAY HAVE BROKEN CLASSIFICATION RULES
By classifying an explosive report on the torture of Iraqi prisoners as "Secret," the Pentagon may have violated official secrecy policies, which prohibit the use of classification to conceal illegal activities.

The report, authored by Maj. Gen. Antonio Taguba, found that "between October and December 2003, at the Abu Ghraib Confinement Facility, numerous incidents of sadistic, blatant, and wanton criminal abuses were inflicted on several detainees."...

These specific observations, and the report as a whole, were classified "Secret / No Foreign Dissemination."

Why the secrecy?

"There's clearly nothing in there that's inherently secret, such as intelligence sources and methods or troop movements," an astute reporter noted at a Pentagon press briefing on May 4. "Was this kept secret because it would be embarrassing to the world, particularly the Arab world?"

11. THE CHIMPANZEE HOLDS THE MORAL HIGH GROUND
Our legacy in IRAQ-NAM

When the POW had a PLASTIC FLASHLIGHT RAMMED UP HIS RECTUM ???

When a GERMAN SHEPHERD DOG BITES HIM IN THE TESTICLES ???

When the POW had a 220 Volt wire attached to the TIP OF HIS PENIS ???

When Lynndie England was encouraged to help the POWs obtain erections so they could perform
ORAL SEX ACTS ON EACH OTHER and the PERKY PRINCESS OF ABU GHRAIB
PRISON COULD SHOUT "HE'S GETTING HARD"???

When Lynndie England the PERKY PRINCESS OF ABU GHRAIB DRAGGED a naked POW
around with a Dog Leash

When SPC Sabrina Harman, 372nd MP Company, stated in her sworn statement regarding the
incident where a detainee was placed on a box with electric wires attached to his fingers, toes, and
penis, ““that her job was to keep detainees awake.”” It is interesting to speculate that SASSY
SABRINA UNDOUBTEDLY ACCOMPLISHED HER MISSION BY TURNING ON THE
JUICE..

When POW’S were FORCED to wear Dirty Women’s Underwear on their Heads

When a POW was beaten to death, HIS BODY PACKED IN ICE and TAKEN OUT IN THE
DESERT AND DUMPED ???

When a Civilian Interrogator ANALLY RAPED A 16 YEAR OLD BOY IN FRONT OF GI
WITNESSES and is going to get a free pass because he was under NO ONES JURISDICTION ???

My God hast thou forsaken us ???

4. This is a farce. The entire war is illegal
Let alone this little episode. Horrible things have been going on over there for over a year now, but it took pictures of naked men to get some attention from the media.

them in any way. Why should this be different. This strategy has been working very well for these assholes for the last 3 1/2 years.

The last word, as always, is "What are you gonna do about it?"

14. The whole thing might not be the framed statement.
Alice in Wonderland is so full of metaphors, but this is one of the bigger ones.

Just like an artist struggles to put much of the world as she sees it, these folks will have a very difficult job. The "What you gonna do about it? " often turns on the one's who hope to deceive others with false images. The strange affliction some would want to suffer themselves with, the tool of art imitating life is often stinging but sometimes enlightening.

Transferring one's own feeling through it in a precarious and sorted but still intense fashion to the point of investing a whole lifetime in it can be a big gamble. Legal Artists that practice the trade only inflict pain on their selfs if they are not successful. The other side of coin being the Con artist and or crook (simple terms) Their needs are opposite. It is a need of them to convince others so while they are performing thier act they do not become fooled themselves in performing their form of art.

Drama queens, actors and lawyers who have lie while keeping a real and believable face are always shoe in's for political office

5. The US military
has ALWAYS behaved in this manner.

ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS.

It is who they are.
It is what they do.
And the American Red Cross,
which is supposed to be the US guardian of the Geneva Conventions, has ALWAYS been a money-making bunch of pimps and whores.

7. Many decent law enforcement professionals have had investigations
and cases ended by "national security" for too long right here at home-it's hiding horrific crimes and murder done right here and it's about time to let law enforcement do it's job.

8. the report's out for 6 months, diddle squat, pictures are out, hell breaks
It's quite sad, no damn fucking appalling that the report was out for six months, reforms could have been made immediately, alot could have been done but noooo, the written word was ignored( or was it?) and I bet the only reget Bush Inc. has right now is that the photos got out otherwise, everything would have just been hunky dory!!!

9. The Iraqis knew long ago, fuck classified, the days of "national security"
covering up horrific crimes and murder are over, let the law enforcement professionals that have had investigations and cases stopped by "national security" criminals go forward-there's been an intelligence failure anyway and the RW outed Valerie Plame-a lot of folks died on the vine on that one.

There are people right here in the US that have claimed government immunity for their crimes, including murder-for which there is no statute of limitations, yet murderers walk around doing wetwork right here at home.

NO ONE IS ABOVE THE LAW.

12. It's all part of "the intelligence failure", the original intelligence
failure was going into business with Nazis and organized crime to defeat godless communism, now that there's no more USSR these pigs are turning inward
